1. How long will my order take?
If you order before 3pm on standard delivery items, and 12pm on TNT Courier items we will usually ship same day.
2. How Accurate is your stock indicator
Although we take great care to keep stock levels accurate, sometimes these will unfortunately be wrong. In these cases we will always try to secure these items and despatch them asap!3. Do you mail-order products outside the UK?
Yes we do! We’ve shipped parcels worldwide from Canada to Australia. Though the cost depends on what’s being shipped the charge is usually double the standard UK shipping cost. Emails will be sent after the product is ordered with an update on the exact charge and when the parcel can be expected.
