Returns
We have an easy and transparent returns policy.
Wrong size, shape, colour…
If you make a purchase from us and you decide you have the wrong size, you don't like the colour, or you've just changed your mind, you can have a replacement or a full refund.
Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original sealed packaging with all bar code labels still attached. Returns must be within 21 days for a full refund or replacement. Under these circumstances we cannot refund any postage charges. Food products must have the original seals intact for obvious reasons.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event of you receiving goods which are of an unsatisfactory condition or quality, the goods may be returned (with the original packaging in the case of damaged goods), within 14 days, and you will receive a full refund of the cost of the goods plus all postal charges. For certain manufacturer there are individual warranty periods which this obviously applies to.
When we have processed the returned goods and your card has been credited (this will be done within 7 days), we will confirm this via email. When returning goods we advise you to return products by recorded delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
Our returns procedure does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
