Service Centre
Our Service Centre is manned by four full time trained technicians responsible for all mechanical and technical services. All bikes sold by us undergo a Pre Delivery Inspection carried out by qualified Cytech Technicians.

In 2002 we were awarded the “Shimano Outstanding Retailer of the Year” award to reflect our ongoing passion of maintaining the highest of servicing standards.
We carry out repairs and servicing to all types of cycles, and we offer a free service with all new cycles bought from us.
We endeavor to turn around repairs within 48 hours, although this may be longer at peak times such as mid summer. Please call the shop to book your bike into the Service Centre.
